Policies & Disclaimer

Hudson Point Dive wants to be your first choice for diving equipment. We strive to provide you with the best. We have a short list of policies that you should know about, here they are.

Payment – We accept Visa & MasterCard credit/debit cards. We do not charge your card until shortly before your order ships. Hudson Point Dive will perform a detailed verification directly with the cardholder's issuing bank. If your bank does not reply in a timely manner or we are unable to contact your issuing bank, the processing of your order will be delayed we will contact you and sort out the problem.

Back Orders - While we strive to keep as complete an inventory as possible, at times we will be out of stock on items when they are ordered. If this happens, and we can’t ship your items within 7 business days we will contact you with an estimated delivery time and confirm that you still wish to place your order.

Shipping - You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. We can ship products anywhere in the World using one of the following shipping methods: UPS Next Day, UPS 2nd Day, UPS 3 Day Select or UPS Ground. We calculate shipping rates by utilizing the QuickCost function on the UPS website, therefore shipping costs are estimated. If the actual shipping cost is significantly different than the amount quoted on your email receipt, we will contact you via email for your approval prior to shipping. When you place an order we will estimate shipping dates based upon the availability of your item(s) and shipping method. We only ship 4 days a week, Monday through Thursday, therefore all Next, 2nd and 3 Day Select orders received after 2:00 PM PST, will ship on the following shipping day.

Sales Tax - We do not charge Washington State sales tax when shipping to out of state customers. For our in-state customers, there is a new law governing sales tax now in effect. Due to this new law, if we ship within the state of Washington we must charge sales tax based on the destination's current rate. Therefore, your shopping cart may not correctly reflect the amount of sales tax. We will make the appropriate adjustment based on your "ship to" address for your verification prior to shipping.

The example above indicates a sales tax rate of 8.4%.

Returns – We want you as a happy customer. With the exception of a few specific items clearly noted as non-returnable, if an item you purchase from us does not meet your expectations, you may return it for a refund or exchange.

If you wish to return an item, please contact us for a Return Authorization. We will issue a refund or ship your exchange as soon as we receive your properly authorized return. You will be responsible for shipping costs. Please contact us using email or US postal mail for a return RMA. Returns without a RMA clearly marked on the label will be refused.

Disclaimers – Diving can be hazardous. You acknowledge, by ordering from us, that you are properly trained to use the equipment you purchase from Hudson Point Dive. As we have no control over the use of the equipment purchased from Hudson Point Dive we accept no responsibility for its use. Let’s stay safe out there!

All prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. A Web site is, after all, constructed by people and may contain incorrect pricing or other errors. We do our best to minimize such errors, and will always notify you if an error of this sort results in a change in the charge for your order. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to limit quantities.

Warranty - We are an authorized dealer for all the products we sell. All of the equipment purchased through us comes with full manufacturer’s warranty.

Warranty information regarding any of our products and services is available by contacting us. Warranty service or support for products purchased from us can always be obtained from us and directly from the manufacturer. You will be responsible for shipping costs.
